The Wireless Notifier System provides a low cost and efficient way to boost customer service and employee productivity at your hotel. Pressing the notifier button allows guests to quickly notify an employee that service is needed. Employees will receive a notification on their customized and sleek smartwatch receiver via a signal (no internet required) directing them the location of the guest. This system is excellent for unmanned areas in a hotel such as gyms, meeting rooms, lobby areas, conference centers, and private dining rooms.

 

Our state-of-the-art system also comes with a computer application that allows managers to monitor the notifier system in real-time.  This application also generates daily reports that can be used to measure response times and benchmark employee performance.
